Bodywork
Definition: Physical manipulation of the human body, using a multitude of techniques, to improve general health, posture or to treat and prevent injuries. Some influences I incorporate are Rolfing, Shiatsu, Fascial Release, Acupressure, Cranio-Sacral, Trigger Point, Sports Massage and Reiki.
Bodywork opens and softens the muscle tissue, decompresses joints and releases toxins stored in tissue and fat cells. You’ll feel longer, more flexible and well balanced. Bodywork can relieve pain immediately in some cases and is very effective as a long term therapy to rewire and realign your body.
All aspects of the body are affected by this therapy. There is no separation in the physical body. EVERYTHING is connected.
